At Braids By Adel, we respect your privacy and keep your personal information safe. When you book an appointment, we may collect your name, phone number, and booking details. This information is only used to manage your appointments and improve our services. We do not share your information with anyone.
Booking Policy
To confirm your appointment, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your appointment one time if you inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.oward your final balance. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be lost. This helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients fairly.
